2002年11月1 5日,上海博物馆接受智利著名铜业公司CODELCO捐赠铜矿石标本仪式在上博影视中心举行。陈燮君馆长代表上海博物馆接受CODELCO铜业公司捐赠的14件铜矿石标本。智利位于南美洲西南部,是一个形状狭长的国家。著名的安第斯山脉纵贯南北。智利以盛产铜闻名于世,铜矿主要分布在安第斯山脉西麓,目前已探明的铜蕴藏量达74亿吨,居世界第一位,在世界5 644亿吨的总储量中约占34%。
On November 15, 2002, the Shanghai Museum received a ceremony for the donation of copper ore from CODELCO, a famous Chilean copper company, at the Shangbo Television Center. Director Chen Junjun represented 14 specimens of copper ore donated by CODELCO Copper Company on behalf of the Shanghai Museum. Chile is located in the southwest of South America and is a narrow country. The famous Andes range runs north and south. Chile is famous for producing copper. Copper is mainly distributed in the west of the Andes. Currently, the proven copper reserves amount to 7.4 billion tons, ranking first in the world, accounting for 34% of the world’s total reserves of 564.4 billion tons. .
