本文介绍应用激光傅里叶变换提取工件的误差信息,进而用微型机进行光信息处理控制,实现了对手表中关键零件“手表摆轮”的端、径跳自动测量、分类、送料及自动打印统计参数,最后对系统的测量误差进行了理论分析。该自动测试及自动分类系统通过了国家鉴定。鉴定结果表明,所有指标均达到或超过有关单位原定的要求,它的研制成功对改变我国精密零件落后的人工检测方式有很大意义。
This paper introduces the application of laser Fourier transform to extract the workpiece error information, and then use the microcomputer for optical information processing control, to achieve the watch key part “watch balance wheel” end, jump automatically measure, classification, feeding and automatic printing Statistical parameters, the final measurement error of the system were analyzed.
