建立了小型固定流化床汽提评价装置研究待生催化剂汽提过程的方法,评定了催化裂化及其家族工艺RFCC、ARGG、DCC 工业待生催化剂的汽提效果。结果表明,DCC待生剂上焦炭中可汽提碳较少;ARGG 待生剂居中;而RFCC待生剂汽提效果较差,焦炭中可汽提碳较多。汽提的影响因素中温度起着决定性的作用,随着汽提温度的提高,汽提效果明显改善;汽提时间有较大影响,但时间过长作用不大;增加汽提介质的用量有利于汽提效果的改善;催化剂的结构性质对汽提效果有较大的影响。待生催化剂吸附的烃类会在高温汽提过程中裂化并释放出氢和轻烃。高温汽提可以达到降低焦炭及其氢含量
A small-scale fixed-bed stripping evaluation device was established to study the stripping process of spent catalyst. The stripping efficiency of RFCC, ARGG and DCC industrial spent catalyst for FCC and its family processes was evaluated. The results showed that there were fewer strobilizable carbons in the coke on the DCC spent agent; the ARGG spent agent was in the middle; while the stripping effect of the RFCC spent agent was poor, and more carbon could be stripped in the coke.
