[目的]探讨复方胃宁冲剂对血浆胃动素(Mot)、血清胃泌素(GAS)的影响。[方法]选择住院患者40例,分为治疗组和对照组各20例,检测治疗前后血浆胃动素(Mot)、血清胃泌素(GAS)变化,另选择健康志愿者20例作正常对照。[结果]治疗前,患者的Mot、GAS值明显降低,与正常组比较(P<0.01);治疗后,患者的Mot、GAS值明显提高,与治疗前比较(P<0.01)。Mot指标,治疗后与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]复方胃宁冲剂能促进胃肠运动功能,提高胃动力。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of compound Weining Granules on plasma motilin and serum gastrin (GAS). [Methods] 40 hospitalized patients were selected and divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The levels of motilin and serum gastrin (GAS) were measured before and after treatment. 20 healthy volunteers were selected as normal control . [Results] The Mot and GAS values of patients before treatment were significantly lower than those of the normal group (P <0.01). After treatment, the Mot and GAS values of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). Mot index, after treatment, compared with the control group significant difference (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Fufang Weining Granule can promote gastrointestinal motility and increase gastric motility.
