针对真空熔炼钛合金精密铸件大功率电源电流不稳定的现状,通过调试上位机的工艺曲线及示波器电流变化曲线,分析了弧电压和弧电流之间的耦合关系及其对熔速控制的影响、坩埚比对电源稳定性的影响,得到了弧电流的平稳调节是减小耦合的主要手段的结论及提出了合理的坩埚比建议。该研究成果为真空凝壳炉安全操作提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the current situation of high power supply current instability in vacuum smelting titanium alloy precision casting, the coupling relationship between arc voltage and arc current and its influence on melt speed control were analyzed by adjusting the process curve of PC and the current curve of oscilloscope. The influence of the crucible on the stability of the power source, and the conclusion that the steady regulation of the arc current is the main means to reduce the coupling and the reasonable crucible ratio are proposed. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation of vacuum coagulation furnace.
