针对传统电火花表面强化技术存在的强化效率低、强化层厚度较薄等问题,研制了一台新型的强化设备,进行了工艺实验,探索了强化的规律性,并对涂层性能进行了测试,分析了影响涂层厚度和性能的一些因素。结果表明,研制的强化设备对强化效率的提高和涂层厚度的增加是有效的;强化层的厚度要受到电极材料,电气参数以及强化时间的影响;强化层的性能主要取决于电极材料。采用新型设备,可以扩大电火花强化技术在工模具的强化和修复的应用范围。
Aiming at the problems of low strengthening efficiency and thinner strengthening layer of traditional EDM technology, a new type of strengthening equipment was developed, the experiment of technology was carried out, the regularity of strengthening was explored, and the coating performance was tested , Analyzed some factors that affect the thickness and performance of the coating. The results show that the developed equipment is effective in enhancing the efficiency and increasing the thickness of the coating. The thickness of the strengthened layer is affected by the electrode material, electrical parameters and the strengthening time. The performance of the strengthened layer mainly depends on the electrode material. The use of new equipment, EDM can be enhanced technology in the mold and strengthening the scope of application.
