The phototropism of plants is a very important instinct for them having emerged early in the process of their long-term evolution. It can be said that the vast majority of plants only grow under the effect of light. But the process they "see" the light is quite different from our visual production. Because the core concept of our vision is the formation of subjective physiological images. But plants do not have neural networks or the brain， hence they cannot form this image， so from this definition， the plant has no vision. So how do they feel the light？ In fact， there are some special photographic proteins in their cells， photosensitive pigment. Once receiving light stimulation， they will stimulate related cells to produce， resulting in the growth towards the light.
