(1)如何更换链条。韩国国际牌插秧机使用作业2年后,常有车轴链条箱断链条现象。其原因是链条节距因磨损加大,传动时易打折卡住而抻断。车轴链条价格昂贵,且安装非常困难。有不少机手将车轴链条箱横向截断,换链条后再进行焊接。此法缺点是焊接后链条箱易变形、两端轴的同轴度差以及支撑强度不够。其实,可采用以下更换链条的简易方法:①将断链条抽出或把车轴链条箱小轴端朝上,使链条从下轴孔中漏出,把断开的链条抽出。②使车轴链条车轴孔端朝上,将新链条的一头从孔中向里放。③转动下端链轮小轴,直到链条被链轮咬合。④将车轴链条箱小
