“RISE体系”是美国印第安纳州政府为改善全州教师教育现状、提高教师队伍素质而推行的综合性教师评价体系。该体系以教师良好教学为基本理念,围绕专业实践和学生学习两个模块内容,系统反映优秀教师应有的特质,既对教师进行考核,又为教师提供支持。分析研究印第安纳州“RISE体系”的开发与评价过程,有助于深入了解美国地方性教师评价体系的实施情况,并从中获得改革教师评价的启示。
“RISE system ” is a comprehensive system of teacher evaluation implemented by the Indiana state government in the United States to improve the status of state teacher education and improve the quality of teachers. The system regards the teacher’s good teaching as the basic idea, and focuses on the two modules of professional practice and student learning. The system reflects the characteristics that excellent teachers should have, which not only evaluates teachers but also supports teachers. Analyzing and analyzing the development and evaluation process of the RISE System in Indiana is helpful to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation of the evaluation system of American local teachers and to obtain enlightenment from the reform of teacher evaluation.
