5个西梅品种光响应和CO2响应及叶片部分特性差异

【目的】通过对比5个西梅品种光合速率的光响应(Pn-PFD)和CO_2响应(Pn-CO_2)曲线特征值和叶片部分特性,为西梅的引种和优质高产栽培管理措施提供理论依据。【方法】使用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统、cI-203手持式激光叶面积仪和电子游标卡尺,对5个西梅品种的叶片进行测定,探讨5个西梅品种光合特性和叶片特征的共性和个性。【结果】比较5个西梅品种,兰密的光饱和点(LSP)、最大光合速率(Pn)和表观量子效率(4QY)均最高,而其光补偿点(LCP)最低,值分别为1 124、19.503和0.0519、21μmol/(m~2·s);大玫瑰的LSP、最大Pn和表观量子效率均最低。Pn-C02响应曲线特征值相比,5个品种中大玫瑰的C02饱和点(CSP)和补偿点(CCP)均明显高于其他品种,但其RuBP羧化效率(CE)最低;法兰西品种的CSt值和最大Pn均最低,而其CCP值最高。5个西梅品种中来客和大玫瑰的叶片较大,而其叶片总叶绿素显著低于其他品种;优萨的叶比重最大,法兰西和来客的比叶重最小。【结论】5个西梅品种中兰密和优萨的光能利用率较高,其中兰密在光强度较强的环境中能够表现出最佳光合生产力,而优萨适合于适当的密植高产优质栽培模式。 【Objective】 The objective of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and quality cultivation management of Prunus pummei by comparing the characteristics of Pn-PFD and Pn-CO_2 curves and some characteristics of leaves in five Prunus pummelo varieties . 【Method】 The leaves of five cultivars of Prunus sibirica were determined using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, cI-203 hand-held laser leaf area meter and electronic vernier caliper to explore the commonalities of photosynthetic characteristics and leaf traits of five varieties of prune personality. 【Result】 Compared with five cultivars, the light saturation point (LSP), maximum photosynthetic rate (Pn) and apparent quantum yield (4QY) of Lanmei were the highest while the LCP values ​​were the lowest 1,124,19.503 and 0.0519,21μmol / (m ~ 2 · s). The maximum LSP, the maximum Pn and the apparent quantum yield of large rose were the lowest. The C02 saturation point (CSP) and compensation point (CCP) of five cultivars were significantly higher than those of other cultivars, but their RuBP carboxylation efficiency (CE) was the lowest. Compared with the Pn-C02 response curve, The CSt value and the maximum Pn are the lowest while the CCP value is the highest. Among the five cultivars, the leaves of large breeds and big roses were larger, while the total chlorophyll of leaves was significantly lower than that of other varieties. The proportion of the leaves in the five varieties was the highest, while that of the French and the visitors was the smallest. 【Conclusion】 The light energy utilization rate of Lamei and Youza in five cultivars of plum was higher, of which, Lanthan could show the best photosynthetic productivity in the environment of high light intensity. High-quality cultivation mode.
