随着近年来教育事业的不断发展,人们逐渐意识到研究师幼互动的重要性。师幼互动是幼儿园集体教学的一个重要组成部分,通过师幼互动可以增进教师和孩子的亲密度,加深双方的情感。幼儿教师也在互动之中可以观察孩子的行为举止,发现他们的长处和不足,然后加以鼓励和引导,促使幼儿身心的全面发展和促进幼儿的健康成长。
