现有的领导干部道德素质考评体系和方法还存在一些问题和不足,突出表现在:考核指标难细化、考核体系难建立和考核结果难运用。本研究采取实证研究方法,探索构建符合国情、社情的领导干部道德考核指标体系。
There are still some problems and deficiencies in the existing system and method of moral qualifications assessment of leading cadres, which are highlighted in the following aspects: the assessment indicators are difficult to be refined; the assessment system is difficult to set up and the assessment results are difficult to use. This study adopts an empirical research method and explores the construction of an index system of ethical evaluation for leading cadres that is in line with the national conditions and social conditions.
