加快林业生态建设步伐,除了要在体制上、管理上下功夫以外,更要从根本上解决适地适树的问题,坚持保护为主、合理利用、适度开发的原则,只有解决了这一问题才能实现林业生态建设所提出的林业真正意义上的发展,实现既定的生态建设和生产建设目标。下面笔者结合辽宁省大连市普兰店市林业生产实践,谈一下坚持适地适树原则,加快促进普兰店市林业生态建设步伐的想法。 In addition to accelerating the pace of forestry eco-construction, we must fundamentally solve the problem of adapting to trees and insist on the principle of protection-oriented, rational utilization and moderate development.
