Acute kidney injury (AKI) formerly known as acute renal failure (ARF). It is caused by a variety of causes of renal function in a short period of time (hours to days), the sudden decline in clinical syndrome. In September 2005, at a collaborative workshop in Amsterdam, Renal Failure Renamed Renal Acute Kidney Injury [1]. AKI because of its high mortality, early diagnosis of acute kidney injury and staging directly determine the treatment measures, and thus affect the prognosis, and therefore strive to improve its early diagnosis rate, early prevention and treatment of acute kidney injury, has a positive clinical significance.
