在京津冀协同发展、创新驱动等重大战略指引下,加快中小型科技企业的发展,成为河北省产业转型升级能否实现重要突破的关键。目前,河北省中小型科技企业已经超过4.8万家,数量是2013年的5倍多,呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。资金是中小型科技企业发展的持续推动力,受所处的行业、发展阶段和规模等因素的影响,中小型科技企业风险较大而信用水平不高,其融资状况并不十分乐观,本文在京津冀协同发展背景下,探讨了河北中小型科技企业融资的创新模式。
Under the guidance of major strategic directions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and innovation-driven, accelerating the development of small and medium-sized technology enterprises has become the key to whether Hebei’s industrial transformation and upgrading can achieve an important breakthrough. At present, the number of small and medium-sized technology enterprises in Hebei Province has exceeded 48,000, more than five times the number in 2013, showing a vigorous development trend. Capital is the continuous driving force for the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. Influenced by such factors as the industry, stage of development and scale, the small and medium-sized technology enterprises are more risky and their credit level is not high. The financing situation is not very optimistic. Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper explores the innovative mode of financing of small and medium S & T enterprises in Hebei.
