近年来,由于钢铁行业产能过剩,重钢集团股份公司陷入持续亏损的困境,职工队伍中出现人心浮动、精神懈怠、骨干流失等现象,个别职工对企业发展前景感到迷茫、信心不足。针对这种状况,重钢股份公司物运部党委从领导自身做起,深入群众,深入实际,做好“接地气”的思想政治工作,凝聚减亏扭亏的强大合力。
