目的分析海淀区老旧小区病媒生物防治行动中所制定的策略及取得的效果,为今后大规模病媒生物控制行动提供经验和模式。方法根据参与本次行动的小区卫生条件等实际情况,采取综合防制策略,在环境治理的基础上,针对不同环境类型和对象采取相应的化学防治,如空间喷洒和滞留喷洒等。通过密度监测的方式对防治效果进行评估。结果本次行动共完成124个小区的病媒生物控制工作,与2012年同期相比蚊密度下降率达95.03%,蝇密度下降率达91.53%。结论本次行动作为一种新的病媒生物防控模式,有效地缓解了海淀区老旧小区的病媒生物防治问题,得到了居民的关注和认可,防治效果可达到国家规定标准。
Objective To analyze the strategies and achievements made in the vector control of old communities in Haidian District and provide experiences and models for future large-scale vector control of biological vectors. Methods According to the actual situation of residential sanitation involved in this operation, a comprehensive prevention and control strategy was adopted. On the basis of environmental management, chemical control should be taken according to different environmental types and targets, such as space spraying and detention spraying. The effect of prevention and treatment is evaluated by means of density monitoring. Results The campaign completed a total of 124 community vector control efforts. Compared with the same period of 2012, the decline rate of mosquito density reached 95.03% and the density of fly drop reached 91.53%. Conclusion This operation, as a new vector control mode, effectively alleviates the vector control of old communities in Haidian District. It has attracted the attention and approval of residents. The prevention and control effect can reach the national standard.
