如何有效地挖掘、共享、使用知识成为企业提高竞争力的重要方式。企业的知识资源可以分为显性知识和隐性知识两个部分,显性知识容易表达和传递,隐性知识则相对较难。构建知识地图可以有效地收集和整理企业的显性知识资源和隐性知识资源,使员工通过知识地图更方便地查找到所需要的资源和擅长该方面的专家。
How to effectively tap, share and use knowledge has become an important way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Enterprise’s knowledge resources can be divided into two parts of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge is easy to express and transfer, tacit knowledge is relatively difficult. Building a knowledge map can effectively collect and organize the enterprise’s explicit and tacit knowledge resources, make it easier for employees to find the needed resources and experts in this field through the knowledge map.
