起落架收放功能的可靠性对飞行安全至关重要。首先根据某型商用飞机前起落架系统原理,建立机械、液压领域的Modelica模型。其次,根据系统中组件的独立试验数据对组件模型进行参数标定。再次,利用系统工况试验数据对所标定的模型进行验证。最后,得出关于关键组件参数标定和系统验证结论如下:(1)关键组件应急放作动筒仿真曲线与实验数据基本吻合;(2)系统工况仿真能够准确再现起落架各种实验中观测到的现象,仿真曲线与实验数据吻合度较高;(3)验证了本文构建的系统模型的有效性,为下一步进行阻尼分析,准确查找前起落架故障提供了前提条件。
The reliability of the landing gear retractable function is crucial to flight safety. First of all, based on the principle of a commercial aircraft nose gear system, a Modelica model in the field of mechanics and hydraulics is established. Secondly, the component model is calibrated based on the independent test data of the components in the system. Thirdly, the calibrated model is validated by system condition test data. Finally, the conclusion is drawn as follows: (1) The simulation curve of the key component emergency release actuator basically agrees with the experimental data; (2) The system condition simulation can accurately reproduce the landing gear observation in various experiments (3) The validity of the system model constructed in this paper is validated, which provides the preconditions for the next step of damping analysis and accurate finding of the nose gear failure.
