目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定生姜中6-姜酚的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为迪马diamonsil C18(Ⅱ)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以甲醇∶水=65∶35为流动相,进样量为10μl,在柱温为30℃,流速为0.8 ml/min。结果:6-姜酚的含量在进样量为0.322~3.22μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为102.37%,98.84%,97.19%,RSD分别为1.40%、2.73%、0.87%。结论:方法操作简单、可靠,可以作为生姜中6-姜酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 6-gingerol in ginger by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Diamonil C18 (Ⅱ) (5μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) with methanol: water = 65:35 as the mobile phase. The injection volume was 10μl. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 ml / min. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the content of 6-gingerol and the peak area in the range of 0.322 ~ 3.22μg (r = 0.9999, n = 6), and the average recoveries were 102.37%, 98.84% and 97.19% , RSD respectively 1.40%, 2.73%, 0.87%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable and can be used to determine the content of 6-gingerol in ginger.
