甲型肝炎是一种由甲肝病毒引起的急性肠道传染病,其病毒理化特性为耐热、耐酸(pH3)、耐乙醚。56℃30分钟不能消除生物活性,60℃1小时只能部分灭活,100℃5分钟才能全部灭活。于20%乙醚中12小时4℃时仍稳定,紫外线1.1瓦照射1分钟。甲醛37℃3天可将病毒全部灭活,零下20℃保存数年仍保持其感染性。由此可见,甲肝病毒对外界环境抵抗力是相当强的。
Hepatitis A is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by hepatitis A virus. Its virus physical and chemical properties are heat-resisting, acid-proof (pH3) and ether-resistant. 56 ℃ 30 minutes can not eliminate the biological activity, 60 ℃ 1 hour only partially inactivated, 100 ℃ 5 minutes to fully inactivated. In 20% ether for 12 hours at 4 ℃ still stable, UV 1.1 watts irradiation for 1 minute. Formaldehyde 37 ℃ 3 days can be completely inactivated virus, minus 20 ℃ for several years to preserve its infectivity. Thus, hepatitis A virus resistance to the external environment is quite strong.
