对从健康鸡空肠和病变组织中分离的15株细菌进行显微镜检、菌落形态观察、16 S rRNA基因序列比较分析、致病试验及药敏试验。结果显示:分离菌革兰氏染色阴性,在普通营养琼脂培养基上形成圆形透明菌落,能够在SS培养基生长,在HE培养基和三糖铁培养基产生H_2S;与Gen Bank奇异变形杆菌的相似性为100%~99.6%,与大肠杆菌、沙门菌的相似性为89.7%~91.0%,结合菌落特征和生长特性,该分离菌被鉴定为奇异变形杆菌。人工感染雏鸡(1.7×10~7cfu/mL),复制出与自然病例相似临床症状和病理变化。提示奇异变形杆菌引起鸡感染,肠道可能是奇异变形杆菌贮存库,对鸡群有潜在性威胁。药敏试验发现在6类18种常用抗菌素中,分离菌仅对氨基糖苷类没有抗药性。
Fifteen strains of bacteria isolated from healthy chicken jejunum and diseased tissues were examined microscopically, colony morphology, comparative analysis of 16 S rRNA gene sequences, pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test. The results showed that the Gram stain of the isolates was negative. Round transparent colonies formed on common nutrient agar medium, which could grow in SS medium and produce H 2 S in HE medium and trisaccharide iron medium. The similarity between Escherichia coli and Salmonella was between 89.7% and 91.0%, and the isolates were identified as Proteus mirabilis according to the characteristics of colonies and growth. Artificial infection of chickens (1.7 × 10 ~ 7cfu / mL), replicate the clinical symptoms and pathological changes similar to natural cases. Suggesting that Proteus mirabilis caused chicken infection, the intestinal tract may be Proteus mirabilis reservoir, a potential threat to chickens. Susceptibility testing found that among 6 classes of 18 commonly used antibiotics, the isolates were resistant to aminoglycosides only.
