研究了Cr—Cu合金烧结时,烧结气氛、烧结温度、铬粉粒度及压制压力等工艺因素和添加元素(Fe或Co)对烧结过程的影响。结果表明:真空烧结试样的密度高于纯氢烧结的试样,真空烧结具有明显的脱氮效果。添加元素Fe或Co在两种情况下均可提高Cr—Cu合金的烧结密度。探讨了产生上述影响的机理。并用金相显微镜观察了Cr—Cu合金的组织结构。
The effects of sintering temperature, sintering temperature, particle size of chromium powder and pressing pressure on the sintering process of Cr-Cu alloy and addition of Fe or Co were studied. The results show that the density of vacuum sintering specimen is higher than that of pure hydrogen sintering specimen, and the vacuum sintering has obvious denitrification effect. The addition of elemental Fe or Co can increase the sintered density of the Cr-Cu alloy in both cases. Discussed the mechanism that produces the above-mentioned influence. The microstructure of Cr-Cu alloy was observed with a metallographic microscope.
