近两年来,省总工会多方筹集资金,对省直企业距法定退休年龄不足5年的500名下岗特困劳模、党员、职工提供退休前每月240元的基本生活费;对省直企业2000名特困职工提供为期3年、每月100元的生活困难补助。最近,我们深入省直21个单位,对保障、救助工作的实施情况进行了调查。调查得知,被保障、救助的特困职工分别来源于全省33个行业、6个大型企业和7个市州的160个企事业单位。其中建筑行业占总数的25%;煤炭行业占总数的17%;石化行业占总数的9%;纺织行业占总数的8%;机械行业和省直农场各占5%,全都是患有大病、重病或伤残职工
Over the past two years, the provincial Federation of Trade Unions has raised funds in multiple ways to provide direct subsidies to 500 laid-off survivors, party members and staff members who live in direct-sellers within the statutory retirement age of less than 5 years for a monthly fee of 240 yuan a month before retirement; Staff provide a three-year, 100 yuan per month living allowance subsidies. Recently, we conducted in-depth inspection of 21 units in our province and investigated the implementation of the guarantee and relief work. According to the survey, the special hard-hit workers who were protected and rescued were sourced from 160 enterprises and institutions in 33 industries, 6 large-scale enterprises and 7 municipalities in the province respectively.
