建筑工程项目设计阶段的造价控制对整个项目造价的影响最大,对工程造价整个阶段的影响幅度可达到70%~90%。为了有效地加强和完善工程设计阶段造价的控制,本文以沈阳市沈阳金域国际小区项目为研究对象,分析沈阳金域国际小区项目造价控制在设计阶段存在的具体问题,并提出项目设计阶段工程造价控制的建议,完善工程项目造价设计阶段的控制工作,为工程项目造价设计阶段控制工作提供参考。
