随着我国高等职业教育的改革与发展,特别是校企合作、工学结合、工学交替人才培养模式的实施,传统一学年两学期的教学组织模式已不能适应新的要求。“多学期、分段式”教学组织模式是“打破原来一年两个学期的常规,在一年内设置多个学期,各学期分阶段进行教学的一种组织模式”。笔者结合多年的专业教学改革与专业建设经验,以河南工业职业技术学院会计电算化专业为例,构建了“六学期、四段式”教学组织模式,以提高学生实践能力和综合素质,为会计电算化专业教学改革与创新提供有价值的参考。
