近几年来,广西林业事业蓬勃发展,林业经济持续增强,从2014年的统计数据看,广西林业产业实现总产值3850亿元,同比增长27.5%,高出全国平均水平近15个百分点;广西森林覆盖率达到62%,为全国平均水平的2.8倍,居全国第三。但是,随着林业事业高速发展,广西林业人才队伍不断显现出各方面问题,人才队伍建设迎来了重大考验,亟需找出解决对策。一、广西林业人才队伍建设的明显问题
