现代教育体制形成以来,体育教育在增强学生的体质、提高学生的社会适应能力及心理素质等方面都起着重要的作用。正因如此,体育教学在高校教学体系中扮演者重要的角色,传统的体育教学在我国高校已经开展了几十年,在这些年的体育教学发展过程中,教师的教学经验、教学方法等已经越来越成熟,而且体育教学设施及教学资源也越来越完善,不单单使得众多学生从中受益,而且也在慢慢提升学生受教育的水平。但是,随着时代的发展以及开放教育思想的兴起,高等教育界出现了一些新型授课形式,简单的传统体育教学模式的一些问题也越来越凸显。比如单一枯燥的教学方法,使得学生学习积极性下降。另外,传统的教学模式往往很难保证每一个学生都能把知识点学好、学透。慕课因覆盖人群广、开放性强、访问便利和课程内容组织方式精巧等特点,被誉为撬动教育变革的支点,在我国多个学科门类的教学中广泛应用。该文章主要介绍了慕课在体育教学中的特点,以及结合实践说明了慕课在体育教学中的具体应用。充分体现了慕课这一教学模式的优势,为当前高校体育课程教学的改革提供新的思路和理念。但是我们也应该知道,任何一种教学方法肯定都会存在其各自的优点和不足,所以,我们在分析慕课教学的特点时,还指出了慕课教育的一些不足,为教师更好的认识和完善慕课教育提供了参考。另外,我们文章的一点特色还在于,笔者提出了对于高校体育教学的设计步骤和设计模式,为高校教师制作慕课教学视频提供了一点思路。 Since the formation of modern education system, physical education plays an important role in enhancing students’ physique, improving their social adaptability and psychological quality.
