目的以苦参碱为模型药物,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯为载体,制备苦参碱聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒。以期通过肝脏靶向分布达到提高MAT治疗肝炎的效果,降低其毒副作用。方法在单因素考察的基础上,通过均匀设计优化处方与制备工艺,并对优化条件下制备的MAT-PBCA-NP胶体溶液进行质量评价和稳定性考察。结果按优化处方和工艺制备的MAT-PBCA-NP胶体溶液各项指标结果稳定。结论苦参碱新制剂和新技术的研发是苦参碱国际化的关键,苦参碱的肝靶向制剂的研究切实可行,并且具有其独特的临床意义和优势。
OBJECTIVE To prepare matrine polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles with matrine as model drug and n-butyl cyanoacrylate as carrier. In order to achieve the goal of improving the therapeutic effect of MAT on hepatitis by targeting the liver and reducing its toxic side effects. Methods Based on the single-factor investigation, the formulation and preparation technology were optimized by uniform design. The quality evaluation and stability of MAT-PBCA-NP colloidal solution prepared under optimal conditions were investigated. RESULTS The results of MAT-PBCA-NP colloidal solution prepared by optimized formulation and process were stable. Conclusion The development of new matrine preparations and new technologies is the key to the internationalization of matrine. The research of matrine targeting agents is feasible and has its unique clinical significance and advantages.
