上海铁路分局上海客运段沪京车队,担负着上海至北京的13/14次特快列车的乘务工作,共有4个乘务组,188名职工,分在两套车底内服务,全程往返2,924公里,来回时间40小时55分(包括在北京停留2小时46分)。这个车队1981年下半年开始试行并在1982年深入开展了全面质量管理,做到了服务讲文明,待客似亲人。被广大旅客称赞为“作风严细,待客热情,服务周到,饭菜可口”的特快列车。在全国进京列车的红旗竞赛评比中,连续三次荣获全国特快列车第一名,被铁道部授予“红旗列车”的光荣称
