伴随着我国城市化和工业化进程的稳步推进,各类生活垃圾和工业污染与日俱增。作为与城市相毗邻的城郊和农村地区,也顺理成章地成为这些污染物的接管地,从而严重影响了城乡经济一体化发展的进程。本文从城乡污染转移的界定入手,通过环境公平理念分析其产生的原因,并着重针对相关法律中环境污染规定的缺陷进行深入探讨,以提出有效的治理对策,推动城乡经济一体化的健康发展。
With the steady progress of urbanization and industrialization in our country, all kinds of household garbage and industrial pollution have been increasing day by day. As a suburban and rural area adjacent to the city, it is also a logical place to take over these pollutants, thus seriously affecting the process of urban-rural economic integration. Beginning with the definition of urban-rural pollution transfer, this paper analyzes the causes of environmental pollution and focuses on the defects of environmental pollution regulations in relevant laws so as to put forward effective control measures and promote the healthy development of urban-rural economic integration.
