水利工程建设属于基础建设的一种,与普通老百姓的生活息息相关。因施工质量在水利工程在建设过程中起着至关重要的作用,所以对水利工程施工质量的提高与完善是很有必要的。而随着现今水利工程建设时施工质量方面的一些问题逐渐被发现,所以一些对症下药解决问题的措施也是很有必要的。相关部门致力于提高水利工程施工质量、提出控制措施,并落到实处,从长远看来确实是于国有利,又让百姓放心的举措。
