目的收集、分析崇左市疾病预防控制机构人力资源相关信息,为优化配置人力资源提供科学依据。方法采用统一设计的表格对全市疾控机构人力资源进行调查,并将数据录入数据库后进行统计分析。结果全市设有6家疾控机构,其中市级1家,县级(包括县级市)5家。市、县级疾控机构人员超编分别为10.2%和22.2%;35岁以下人员比例分别为27.8%和28.8%,55岁以上分别为6.2%和5.2%;市、县级人员原所学专业为预防专业分别为22.7%和19.9%,其他专业(非医学专业)为26.8%和29.9%;学历构成均以大专学历为主,分别为36.1%和43.9%;职称构成均以初、中级职称居多,分别为76.3%和65.3%。结论崇左市疾控机构人员超编、年龄老化、专业结构不合理,总体素质较低。
Objective To collect and analyze the human resource related information of Chongzuo CDC to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of human resources. Methods A unified design form was used to investigate the human resources of CDC in the city and the data were entered into the database for statistical analysis. Results The city has six CDC institutions, including a municipal level, county level (including county-level cities) 5. Municipal and county CDC personnel were 10.2% and 22.2% respectively; those under 35 years old were 27.8% and 28.8% respectively, while those over 55 were 6.2% and 5.2% respectively; (22.7% and 19.9% respectively) for preventive medicine and 26.8% and 29.9% for other majors (non-medical majors). The academic background of the academic qualifications are mainly college graduates, accounting for 36.1% and 43.9% respectively. Mostly, they were 76.3% and 65.3% respectively. Conclusion Chongzuo CDC personnel are over-compiled, age-aged, the professional structure is not reasonable, the overall quality is low.
