农村卫生工作是卫生工作的薄落环节,为加强网底组织建设,我们配合省卫生厅对本市农村卫生组织进行了一次调查。调查发现,我市农村卫生人员并不缺乏,男女比例,年龄结构比较合理,文化程度和业务素质也有一定基础,但是却存在着严重的卫生资源浪费,知识更新不足,理论水平不高等现象,限制了服务能力。为满足广大农民的卫生需求,我们结合本市实际,在组织领导,组织建设,办医方向,队伍培训等方面提出了自己的观点。
Rural health work is a thin part of health work.
