本文为1456名中等师范学生HBsAg感染状况、529名学生KAP(知识、态度、行为)的调查,以及72名HBsAg阳性学生感染因素和心理行为调查。结果显示,学生中HBsAg携带率为15.18%,高于全国调查水平,农村学生HBsAg携带率高于城市学生4.67个百分点,但两者无差异(P>0.05);农村及城市学生HBsAg血清阳转率(/百观察人年)分别为0.92%和0.60%;学生对HBV知识的了解,接触病人史,共用注射器及家庭条件等与HBsAg感染有关(P<0.05)。72名HBsAg阳性学生心理行为调查显示,HBsAg感染对其心理、学习均有不良影响
This article is a survey of 1456 secondary normal students HBsAg status, 529 students KAP (knowledge, attitude, behavior), as well as 72 HBsAg positive students infection and psychological behavior survey. The results showed that the carrying rate of HBsAg among students was 15.18%, higher than the national survey level. The carrying rate of HBsAg among rural students was 4.67% higher than that of urban students, but there was no difference between the two (P> 0.05) HBsAg seroconversion rate in urban students was 0.92% and 0.60%, respectively. Students’ knowledge of HBV, contact with patient history, common syringes and family conditions were associated with HBsAg infection (P < 0.05). 72 HBsAg positive students psychological behavior survey showed that HBsAg infection on their psychological, learning have a negative impact
