根据地基处理技术规范,无填料振冲桩较好适用于中砂、粗砂地基,对于细砂地基无明确说明。本工程基于建筑场地实际情况,充分利用当地现有资源及原有工程经验,通过地基方案的比较,对细砂地基采用无填料振冲砂桩进行处理,仅利用砂土自身颗粒的重新排列、挤密,使土体达到设计要求。无填料振冲加密地基承载力特征值通过现场载荷试验进行测试。加密深度内土层的压缩模量通过原位标准贯入试验进行测试。测试结果表明:用无填料振冲挤桩处理细砂地基,能满足设计要求,地基效果良好。
According to the technical specification of foundation treatment, the unfilled vibrated pile is suitable for medium sand and coarse sand foundation, but there is no clear explanation for the fine sand foundation. Through the comparison of foundation plans, the fine sand foundation is treated with the unfilled vibro-sand pile and only the sand particles themselves are rearranged, Crowded, so that the soil to meet the design requirements. Unfilled Vibro-Elastic Foundation Bearing Capacity Eigenvalues are tested by field load tests. The compressive modulus of soil in the depth of confinement is tested by in-situ standard penetration test. The test results show that the treatment of fine sand foundation with no-fill vibrating pile can meet the design requirements and the foundation effect is good.
