简要介绍连接剂在微乳给药系统中的应用及优势。本文参照国内外相关文献,引入连接剂分子的概念,并归纳总结了亲脂性连接剂、亲水性连接剂各自的单独效应,还了解到它们发生自组装后,呈现出类表面活性剂的效应。此外还阐述了连接剂在微乳体系中的作用机制、优势及目前存在的问题。连接剂应用于微乳体系中,可以替代普通微乳体系中的助表面活性剂,进一步提高微乳的增溶能力,明显降低细胞毒性,因此连接剂的加入能显著提高微乳给药系统的安全性。 Briefly introduce the application and advantage of linker in microemulsion delivery system. This article refers to the domestic and foreign literature, introduces the concept of linker molecules, and summarizes the individual effects of the lipophilic linker, hydrophilic linker, but also understand that after their self-assembly, showing surfactant-like effect . In addition, the mechanism, advantages and existing problems of the linker in the microemulsion system are also described. The linker is used in the microemulsion system, which can replace the cosurfactant in the common microemulsion system to further improve the solubilizing ability of the microemulsion and significantly reduce the cytotoxicity. Therefore, the addition of the linker can significantly improve the microemulsion delivery system safety.
