最近几年来,我国地貭学界对于我国东部大地构造分区以及地壳发展規律的研究和爭論,引起了国內外的地貭工作者的极大兴趣。在这个問題上,为黃汲清教授所提出的、卽以“准地台”及“多旋迴”的概念来解释和表示中国东部地区的构造发展特征的理論,同由陈国达教授提出和发展起来的“地洼学說”及“地壳动定轉化递进說”之間的爭論,更成为当前研究和划分中国大地构造单元的一个饒有学术意义和生产意义的焦点問題。近来,广大地貭工作者已就这个問題展开了羣众性的討論,这是貫彻党的“百家爭鳴”的好現象。显然,他們之間的爭論,归根結蒂是关系到这样一个問題:卽研究中国区域大地构造的发展特征和地壳的发展規律是应該建立在旧的“地槽-地台学說”的理論基础上呢?还是以“地壳动定轉化递进說”作为它的理論依据?这确是值得我們討論的問題。
