目的 对上海地区正常牙合成人牙、颌、面的对称性作评价。方法 采用 92名正常牙合成人X线头颅后前位片作为研究对象 ,对常用的 5条面中线的正中结构指数和侧方结构指数进行分析 ,挑选出最可靠的面中线 ,并测量中线偏移距 (度 )。结果 以过ANS点垂直于两侧颧额点连线的直线为面中线 ,其正中结构指数和侧方结构指数均值较小。正常牙合人群中线偏移距 (度 )不为零。结论 以上述直线为面中线较为合适 ,但可靠性是相对的。正常牙合人群有中线偏移 ,面部的不对称大于牙颌的不对称。
Objective To evaluate the symmetry of teeth, jaws and face in normal occlusion in Shanghai. Methods 92 normal occlusion of X-ray anterior posterior cephalic slices were used as the research object. The median structure index and lateral structure index of 5 common midline were analyzed to select the most reliable midline and the midline Distance (degrees). Results The straight line connecting the points of the ANS points perpendicular to the zygomatic points on both sides was the median line, and the average of the median structural index and the lateral structural index was small. Normal occlusion crowd center line offset (degrees) is not zero. Conclusion It is more appropriate to use the straight line as the midline, but the reliability is relative. Normal occlusion of the population has a midline shift, facial asymmetry greater than the jaw asymmetry.
