目的了解达州市售桶装水卫生微生物污染现状,分析其趋势,为制定有效控制措施提供技术支持。方法按照国标方法进行随机抽样和卫生微生物指标检测。并与2013年检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2015年卫生微生物指标合格率为56.36%,铜绿假单胞菌检出率为20.00%,本地产品检出率为18.89%。与2013年相比,微生物指标合格率有所升高,铜绿假单胞菌检出率大大降低,两年检出铜绿假单胞菌阳性数与常规微生物指标合格率相关性变化较大。结论本市桶装饮用水中卫生微生物污染趋势向好,由混合污染变为相对独立污染。应提高食品安全风险监测覆盖面,加强生产企业在执行国家标准和生产卫生规范中的食品安全监管力度。
Objective To understand the status quo of sanitary microbes pollution in bottled water in Dazhou, analyze the trend and provide technical support for effective control measures. Methods Random sampling and hygienic microbiological detection were performed according to the national standard method. And with the 2013 test results for statistical analysis. Results The qualified rate of health microbe was 56.36% in 2015, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 20.00%, and the detection rate of local products was 18.89%. Compared with 2013, the passing rate of microbial indicators increased, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was greatly reduced, and the positive correlation between the positive numbers of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the passing rate of conventional microorganisms was greatly changed in two years. Conclusion The trend of hygienic microbial contamination in bottled drinking water in this Municipality is good, from mixed pollution to relatively independent pollution. The coverage of food safety risk monitoring should be enhanced and the supervision of food safety in the implementation of national standards and production hygiene norms should be strengthened.
