修磨生产率是钢坯修磨生产中追求的主要目标之一。因此,为了在钢坯修磨机设计中确定合理工艺参数范围作为结构设计依据,以及在生产中能根据不同要求合理选择工艺参数,就需要明确各修磨工艺参数对修磨生产率的影响关系。钢坯修磨工艺参数一般包括:修磨压力Fn,砂轮周连 V_s,砂轮直径 D,横进给量 L_f,钢坯逆进速度 V_w 及修磨功率 P_m。现就其和修磨生产率的影响关系分析如下。
