我们从1977年开始萝卜一代杂种的育种工作,至1982年底已育成一代杂交种三个,并开始在生产上推广。现将工作情况报告于下。一、选育萝卜雄性不育系育成雄性不育系是培育萝卜一代杂种的关键。原始不育材料是1977年5月在清徐县城关公社西关大队“晋丰”萝卜采种田获得的,其出现率为0.8%。原始不育株属无花粉不育,其表现型是,花冠变小,花丝短缩,雄蕊退化,花药干瘦而空瘪,呈乳黄白色,不开裂,镜检花药内无花粉,但雌蕊正常(表1,图一见封二)。
