海外高层次人才是支撑经济社会创新转型发展的特需资源。宁波要建设“蔚蓝智谷”和人才生态最优市,加快建成现代化国际港口城市,必须加大人才开放力度,加快引进、集聚国际高端人才资源,进一步累积人才比较优势。我们梳理了相关城市行之有效的做法,归纳为引进海外高层次人才的八大路径,供相关部门参考借鉴。路径一:重大活动引才重大活动引才,即通过举办各类大型招聘会、博览会、创业创新大赛等大型活动,吸引海外高层次人才供
High-level overseas talents are the special resources that support the economic and social innovation and transformation. In order to build the “blue azure Valley” and the city with the best ecological environment for talent, Ningbo must speed up its personnel opening up and speed up the introduction and gathering of international high-end talent resources to further accumulate the comparative advantages of talents.
