体制改革涉及既得利益问题,会有很大障碍。但政府要有政治远见,为了长治久安,要牺牲关联队伍中的某些既得利益。公民要去推动改革、去监督政府。
Institutional reform involves vested interests and there are major obstacles. However, the government needs to have political foresight and at the expense of some vested interests in the contingent in order to maintain its peace and stability. Citizens must go to promote reforms and oversee the government.
