各区县(自治县、市)人民政府,市政府有关部门:春夏期间气温回升,降雨偏少,风干物燥,历来是火灾事故的多发季节。从全国的情况看,仅3月1—23日就发生亡人火灾事故142起,死亡226人。对此,中共中央政治局委员、书记处书记、国务委员周永康作出重要批示,要求加强春夏防火工作;公安部、国家林业局于4月4日联合召开了加强春季防火工作电视电话会议,对全国春夏期间防火工作作了全面部署。从我市的情况看,今年1—3月,全市发生火灾2357起,死亡30人,伤27人,直接财产损失473万元。与
