案例教学法作为一种新型教学法,在高职法律课程教学中得到了广泛应用,但学界对其内涵和模式的认识并不一致。在高职法律课程教学中,案例教学法的教学效果受到课程设置、教材、学生、老师、教学方法、教育传统等诸多因素的影响,本文试图在明确案例教学法内涵及模式的基础上,分析这些不利因素并提出应对建议。
As a new teaching method, the case teaching method has been widely used in the teaching of legal courses in higher vocational colleges. However, the understanding of its connotation and mode in the academic circles is not the same. In the teaching of legal courses in higher vocational schools, the teaching effect of case teaching method is affected by many factors such as curriculum setting, teaching materials, students, teachers, teaching methods, education traditions and so on. This paper attempts to analyze the connotation and mode of case teaching method These unfavorable factors and make recommendations to deal with.
