Alice Walker has always been concerned about the liberation of black women. In addition to the consistent feminist ideology, her representative works also show the conflicts between American ethnic conflicts and black ethnic cultural identities. From Walker’s novels narrative, nationalism, religious thought and other perspectives to analyze Walker’s discourse of women’s discourse, we can see that the writer’s understanding of black women is different from the white mainstream feminism, full of profound humanistic concern.
