“风乍起,吹皱一池春水”。在党的十一届三中全会精神的指引下,广东省石油化学工业认真贯彻改革开放的方针政策,取得了较大的发展。1993年全省石油化工总产值达到160亿元,其中化工产值首次突破百亿元大关,提前实现第二个翻番的目标,在全国化工总产值的位次也由“六·五”末期的第十一位升至第五位;劳动生产率由“六·五”末期3.9万元/人·年提高到 “Wind blowing, blowing a pool of spring water”. Guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the petrochemical industry of Guangdong Province conscientiously implemented the principles and policies of reform and opening up and achieved greater development. In 1993, the total output value of petrochemical industry in the province reached 16 billion yuan, of which the chemical production value exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time, and the second goal was doubled ahead of schedule. The total chemical output value in the country was also ranked by “6. 5”. The eleventh in the final period rose to the fifth; labor productivity was increased from the end of the “6-5” period to 39,000 yuan per person per year.
