1 前 言 在物理检测中对于脱碳、夹杂物、低倍试样等在截取过程中,各大厂家使用的切割胎卡具都不一样,有风动、手动、液压胎卡具等。由于我们过去采用虎钳手动式卡具,在操作上比较繁琐。在切割过程中砂轮末经常把钳丝母研坏,影响生产效率。经过小修小改,采用风动式卡具,它虽然比虎钳式效率好,但是在安全性能上比较差,操作者在工作时手指有时被夹住,造成不必要的伤害。经过我们再一次的改进,利用砂轮片切割旋转时的下压力的原理。采用V型槽胎具切割,对于脱碳、夹杂物、低倍试样等取得了一定的成功。
