目的:研究羊外肾胶囊对小白鼠抗疲劳作用的机制。方法:连续给与小白鼠灌胃0.05、0.5、1.5g·k g-1羊外肾胶囊45 d,观察体质量、负重游泳、血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肌糖元、肝糖元等指标的变化。结果:小白鼠体质量增加、行为、活动、进食一切正常,羊外肾胶囊明显延长负重游泳时间,降低游泳后小白鼠的血清尿素氮含量和血乳酸含量,增加肌糖元和肝糖元的含量。结论:根据国家《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》可以判定:羊外肾胶囊具有一定的抗疲劳作用。
